Behavior Log: Trigger Track

Your child's team keeps asking the same question: what was happening right before?

You are handed a printable chart, or nothing at all, and told to keep track. Then the meeting comes and you are trying to remember six weeks of hard afternoons from a phone full of notes.

Behavior Trigger Log is a place to write it down in two taps, while it is still fresh.

■ LOG AN INCIDENT IN SECONDS
Record what was happening before, what your child did, what you tried, and — the part almost no other app captures — whether it actually helped. Intensity, duration, setting and notes are all optional. A record you are afraid to open is a record you stop keeping, so nothing here scolds you.

■ WRITTEN IN PARENT LANGUAGE, NOT CLINICAL LANGUAGE
The built-in lists of antecedents, behaviours and strategies use the words families actually use. Add your own at any time; they become part of your lists.

■ SEE THE PATTERN YOU ALREADY SUSPECTED
A time-of-day view shows when hard moments cluster. A correlation view shows which antecedents travel with which behaviours, so you can bring evidence instead of an impression.

■ WALK INTO THE MEETING WITH A REPORT
Export a clean PDF for a BCBA, a paediatrician, a school team, or an IEP or EHCP meeting. Your notes, organised by date, with the patterns summarised.

■ IT STAYS ON YOUR PHONE
No account. No sign-up. No AI. Your child's records are stored only on your device and are never uploaded to us — because a record like this should not live on someone else's server. Lock the app with your fingerprint or PIN if you share your phone.

■ WHAT THIS IS NOT
This is not a clinician ABA data-collection suite, and it is not a therapy programme. It runs no algorithm that recommends a strategy, scores your child, or interprets what you record. It counts, it sorts, and it hands the result back to you. Decisions belong to you and your child's team.
