This is a great bank make sure that you go into settings and set up the alerts so that you get notified if ur account goes into the negative. I didn't know that I had to do that and got a $35 charge because my account went into the negative for a day, and I was not aware of it. I explained to them what happened and that I can't work because of my disability, and they were kind enough to refund it for me and tell me what to do to avoid it happening again. That $35 is alot of money to someone like me.

This app was great until the last update. They took away the pin code login which made it easy to use. Now it's its a pain to have to log in every time. Might as well just log in on my desktop computer and forget the app.

I am so frustrated at this point because my belch app does disappear from my phone. My phone keeps saying that it will no longer support that app. This is my only phone I cannot afford another phone this is very frustrating because now every time I need to make some change or find out what I have in my account I have to be calling and talking to a human being which takes so much time to get on the phone.
