5/11/25 attempted to place delivery order. Thru website delivery was an option. The app gave error codes delivery not available. Ended up ordering elsewhere 1/17/26 the app must have been updated as we are waiting for our dinner! However could not find the daily specials. When paying saw line for rewards but was unaware of the available points I could have used (200 points/$10?) overall very excited to try a new pizza place

Good app for small local chain, great rewards value. We like all kinds of pizza, from old school Neapolitan to doughy American style pizzas, Bellies makes a good doughy pizza and great service!

We love Bellies Pizza! This app will not update you to the fact that their deliveries will absolutely take 30 minutes to an hour longer than the estimated time. I work retail. I have worked in food. I understand staffing shortages. You must integrate updated delivery times based on traffic and staffing and the ability to cancel an order if the delivery delay is unacceptable. Massive failure in the app design. Give the restaurant the ability to notify customers of delays!!!!!

All excited to try different pizza! Download the app like it suggests fi from website. The app is not user-friendly, took awhile to input order. Ready to place order and it's delivery. Warning pops up about payment can not be processed in bold, below that is delivery not available at address. However, looks like if I had stayed on the website, I would have been able to place the delivery order. But I can not confirm 100% as we ended up ordering elsewhere.

App works, but says something is broken. The last few times I've tried to order, placing the order ends in an error message saying something about not being able to cast to something... It was not clear what that meant. I assumed the app didn't work, so I tried again. Apparently, it is transmitting the order each time, but telling you it was not successful. Had to contact local store to cancel excess pizzas. Hopefully, they will fix the app. Doesn't seem to be any updates available.
