Great resource, I love how it automatically searches for your location and puts up the closest available pizza shops. Prices aren't ridiculously inflated compared to other food delivery apps I love slice, and I'm grateful they're here cuz it makes finding pizza in places I'm not familiar with a lot easier

Be very careful with this service. According to their T&C: "Charges paid by you are final and non-refundable. Slice has no obligation to provide refunds or credits." My pizza was never delivered as driver got lost despite me being on phone with Slice for 30 mins trying to navigate the delivery driver who could not speak English. The restaurant marked the order completed over two hours late so Slice said no refund. My credit card company had a different opinion thankfully.

My first experience was a disaster. The app estimated 30–45 minutes for delivery, but two hours later, it still said "preparing." After contacting support, the order was magically assigned and driver, and after receiving my order, I found out my pizza had actually been sitting ready at the restaurant 30 minutes after I ordered. Support didn't care—they just gave a weak "sorry about that" and gave a measly 50% refund for hours-old, cold food. Terrible tracking and awful customer service.
