BellySignal: Poop Tracker

BellySignal is a privacy-first gut health tracker. Log your poop, pee color, water, and food triggers in about 10 seconds a day. Patterns and trends show up over time. Great for people managing irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), bloating, or everyday digestive issues.

WHY BELLYSIGNAL
• Fast: a full daily check-in takes about 10 seconds
• Private: no account. Your health logs stay on your device. Only anonymous, optional usage stats are collected
• Clear: weekly patterns for stool consistency (Bristol scale), hydration, and triggers
• Grounded: BellySignal surfaces trends and possible links, not a medical diagnosis

WHAT YOU CAN TRACK
• Poop: Bristol type, color, blood/mucus flags
• Pee: hydration level by color
• Water: cups toward a daily goal
• Triggers: coffee, alcohol, spicy food, dairy, gluten, stress, poor sleep, and more
• Your compendium: your Bristol spread on the scale, plus a growing trigger almanac
• Doctor-ready report: your last 90 days as a PDF, exported from Settings

YOUR DATA, YOUR DEVICE
Your health logs are stored locally on this phone only, never uploaded or sold. To help improve the app, anonymous usage statistics are collected and can be turned off anytime in Settings. You can permanently delete everything at any time.

BellySignal does not provide medical advice. If something feels concerning, talk to a doctor.
