I am very pleased with how easy it is to use, and the location is very accurate. I have not had any negative experience with the app and location services. Most definitely recommend this for anyone even with little to no computer skills. 10 for 10.

Awesome product! It has helped us locate our little explorer several times now. Very accurate on roads. Can be a little confusing in areas where there are no roads to guide you, but then she's probably moving, so that's understandable. Have tried air tags, but those have significant limitations. Benbengo is far superior and their customer service was great the one time I had to contact them.

I have no idea why this app needs my location turned on. I'm not tracking my phone, I'm tracking my car. My main problem is that it not only forces you to turn on location, it won't turn it off when I exit the app. I have used other tracking apps and none have this requirement. Seriously thinking of returning tracker.

It's horrible to try and zoom in or out on the map. Most of the time I have to completely close the app and reopen it to get it to work. I wish I could add geo fences by looking up the address too, I don't want to have to drag it to that spot on the map
