Had some issues with customer service, however they changed Telcom providers and that solved the issue. It shows how much they commit to provide to customers and customer service. They provide a quality service for tracking and keeping tabs and our furry family members.

Update* app was working pretty nicely and about 3 days ago quit updating. I reached out via email to customer support and in about 12 hours they had investigated and reset the sim. Works as it should now! Overall, I like the device. I wish the app was a little smoother/ operated different, but it does exactly what it says it does. I'm very pleased!

Canceling. You guys need to making canceling option in the app. Or somewhere on the website. Having to email your company is insanity. I will be flagging it on my card. And that parts sucks. Because I think it's actually a great service, but you need to make cancelling an actual option.

I have had the tracker for 2 days now, and I find the device is slow inaccurate and hardly worth using. I have another tracker from another company, so I thought I'd compare the two side by side, I'm afraid there is no way I'm changing to Petloc !

There's no way to cancel your subscription. I've looked everywhere. You can look up your subscription in the app, but there's no way to cancel it. I haven't used the device since the first week I got it because it almost killed my cat
Each subscription will automatically renew 3 days before the expiration date for
the same time period. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the renewal.
