Leel Launcher is the home screen experience for Leel devices. It creates a kid-friendly environment and enables companion Leel apps like Chats for Leel, Calls for Leel, and Contacts for Leel.

Accessibility Services disclosure Leel Launcher uses the Android AccessibilityService API to deliver its core parental control feature. The service is used solely to detect which app is currently being opened on the child's device so that Leel Launcher can block apps the parent has not approved. We use this API only to identify the foreground app and enforce the parent's app-blocking rules. Leel Launcher does not collect, store, or share the content of your screen, messages, or any personal data through this service. Accessibility access is required because there is no other Android API that reliably allows a parental control app to detect and block app launches across the device. You can disable this access at any time in your device's Accessibility settings; doing so will turn off app blocking.
VPN Service disclosure Leel Launcher uses the Android VpnService API to provide on-device web and content filtering as part of its core parental control feature. A local VPN connection lets Leel Launcher inspect outgoing network requests and block websites and content that the parent has not approved for the child's device. VpnService is used solely to filter and block unapproved web content according to the parent's settings. Leel Launcher does not use the VPN to monitor, log, sell, or share the child's browsing activity or any personal data, and does not route traffic through external servers for advertising or any unrelated purpose. All filtering serves the parent-configured safety rules. You can disable content filtering at any time by turning off the VPN in the app or your device settings; doing so will stop web and content blocking.
