I have found my runaway dog several times before he gets to far away. I can't say it has not gone without technical issues, what I can say about that is, if I figured it out, you can. Make sure you keep it charged. And you pet secure while charging .

Perfect budget tracker. Just started with two Aussies and have had zero issues. The device is accurate enough for me to be confident in assisting me in finding my pets if they happen to get out. Subscription is priced fair for what it does, and I appreciate the service.

This review is for the tracki not the app. It is way too expensive. 1 star because they're taking advantage of pet owners. Reason a "normal" tracki which is THE SAME THING is $19.00 yet the pet tracki is $50. They're the same thing except 1 is smaller. TOO MUCH MONEY especially since there's a monthly fee of $10.00. *** DEVICE IS Too EXPENSIVE *** + MONTHLY FEE. That's my gripe.

I brought this device had trouble straight away I give up ive had enough won't even charge after 2 hrs red light flashing another 2hr still red light ive done every thing what it says in the book after 5 hrs of messing around filling in the app details going round and around problem after problem it's a load of rubbish ive wasted £18 im frustrated I would not give it one star, but you have to leave something

It's unacceptable in 2025 to have a subscription plan that (a) auto-renews without any communication and (b) can't be cancelled except by "contacting support". I've been paying for this for months without realizing, and haven't had a single email even confirming the start of the subscription let alone any of the renewals. I want to just cancel the subscription and be done with it, but I can't. Does the tracking work? No idea, but they can't have much confidence that people will want to pay for it
