Super satisfied with halo collars, no I don't work for them in any way, other than me paying the monthly fee lol. But in all seriousness the collars are awesome I had one for a year it had a defect, and they instantly sent me a new one. I love our halo collar, set up your map and your good to good, you can adjust it non-stop. We have a 60lb shepherd mix she loves her freedom of no chain or cord. Even great taking her up to the parents' lake house, just activate your saved fence there and your set.

I love what this allows for my dogs. I live on a small ranch and with this they are able to explore safely every day. Digging, hunting, playing... the good (dog) life. My biggest criticism is that the app doesn't allow for overlapping fences, whether the fences are activated or not. I would love to be able to have multiple maps that would allow the dogs into additional pastures when the livestock aren't there for additional play and hunting space, without needing to delete the existing fence.

I was hesitant at first...but the Halo has worked to keep my girl, Mya in the yard. I had the invisible fence before, but she would go up to the boundary, stretch forward, let it shock her, and then be gone as soon as it reset. Not with the Halo. She has not escaped since I put the collar on her and the app made it a breeze to train her to respect the boundaries. Thx Halo!!!!

GPS constantly resets, scaring & confusing dog. CS sent me a set of beacons, so I can turn off alerts in areas-she would be on her bed inside when the fence boundary would suddenly move, buzzing her collar. Too many times her outdoor boundary moved & she runs away yelping, trying to find a safe spot that was previously safe. We live on 1/2 acre & It's impossible to keep her safe AND set a fence line big enough not to buzz her. Satellite images/ gps has not updated in more than 2 years

I have been using Halo Collars for 2 years now. The collars are junk. Over a two-year span, I think my dogs have had around a dozen different collars between them (3 dogs). You will pay more for them over a 2 yr span. If something goes wrong with them, you'll get a refurbished one and keep having issues with the collars. I'm stuck with Halo now because I can't afford to leave the company and buy 3 new spot on collars. Customer service is absolutely fabulous. They do what they can to help you out.
