I have 60 acres that my dogs patrol and other collars and fences weren't working. I've had the halo collars for 2 months, and it's been such a game changer. I now know where my dogs are at all times, and can recall them with my phone. The collars also work great for when I go to the lake or other places. I can throw up a fence on gps with the app in minutes and my dogs are safe and free to roam. They learn their boundaries fast.

I love the Halo Collar. It gives our dog so much more room to run. I currently have 4 fences set up and if we go someplace new, I just make another fence. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because we have a small dog, 17 pounds, and the collar it's self is very big on her. I understand they need battery space, but we don't need a 48-hour battery or even a 24-hour battery. 10 hours is the most she ever wears it, and then we plug it in. Great product. Works great.

GPS constantly resets, scaring & confusing dog. CS sent me a set of beacons, so I can turn off alerts in areas-she would be on her bed inside when the fence boundary would suddenly move, buzzing her collar. Too many times her outdoor boundary moved & she runs away yelping, trying to find a safe spot that was previously safe. We live on 1/2 acre & It's impossible to keep her safe AND set a fence line big enough not to buzz her. Satellite images/ gps has not updated in more than 2 years

It doesn't work all the time. The app only shows you the last 5, not even the latest breaches. Took my dog for a walk and had the collar in my hand, and it didn't record the location of me and my dog while we were outside the fence. Great idea, just wish it were true. I have 2 collars, a 4 and a 5, just wished that it worked.

1-Star: Unsafe, unreliable, and unhelpful customer support For a premium safety device, the Halo Collar completely failed my dog: Safety Hazards - It shocked my dog indoors and failed to correct or notify me when she escaped the virtual fence (I had to find her a mile away). Poor Tracking - When it finally reconnected, the GPS only gave a vague general area instead of an exact location. Hardware & Support Failures - The device completely died after two years of careful use. Customer service
