We love being able to lock and unlock the door by code or by cell phone! Our grandson inevitably comes in or goes out and inevitably forgets to lock it. Only recommend you use Energizer Max AA batteries. Tried Duracell's they last a week to 10 days. The Energizers for 3 - 4 weeks!

Can't Delete access codes or change names once created. Or change times for earlier access. It always says Error. I worry I can't set up stuff when I have guests. Please fix this bug.

The app doesn't have Wi-Fi settings in the utilities section. Just notifications and Bluetooth, no way to reset Wi-Fi unless you delete the lock and readd it and set up the Wi-Fi again

Terrible experience. Every time there is an update to my lock I have to completely re-pair the lock to the app because it's there, but it's not, and I can't update because it doesn't connect. The only solution is to start from scratch. Every time! Reply to Twinset: The app is synched to the lock. I can lock and unlock, add users, change codes. But a firmware update is impossible. Every time.

Impossible to add codes in the app, impossible to delete codes in the app, codes listed in the app don't actually unlock the door.
