Very convenient, you can monitor your door whether they're locked or unlocked. You can unlock them if somebody needs to get in and does not have a key.

We love being able to lock and unlock the door by code or by cell phone! Our grandson inevitably comes in or goes out and inevitably forgets to lock it. Only recommend you use Energizer Max AA batteries. Tried Duracell's they last a week to 10 days. The Energizers for 3 - 4 weeks!

Impossible to add codes in the app, impossible to delete codes in the app, codes listed in the app don't actually unlock the door.

Uninstalled and changed lock as not promoting for pin / fingerprint when opening app. Have tried everything How is this a thing in 2026 update. I stand by what I said. When opening the app on the phone it should ask for verification so anyone that may have access to the phone cannot open or edit settings in app. You responded had nothing to do with the issue

Terrible experience. Every time there is an update to my lock I have to completely re-pair the lock to the app because it's there, but it's not, and I can't update because it doesn't connect. The only solution is to start from scratch. Every time! Reply to Twinset: The app is synched to the lock. I can lock and unlock, add users, change codes. But a firmware update is impossible. Every time.
