Have a kwikset halo for over a year and I have to say the constant Wi-Fi disconnects and having to reinstall the lock several times a month is getting to be frustrating. If the Internet goes down or the battery falls below 30% the lock will disconnect from Wi-Fi and I have to reinstall the lock from the beginning. Battery life is poor changing battery's every 2 wks. Just this morning I went to lock my door and the lock was gone from the app, and I had to start over this app is junk

Doesn't notify me in a timely manner, this is the second brand I bought because I have kwikset locks throughout my home. When the door is unlocked it will take up to 10 minutes to notify me. That's not good when you are away and someone gains access to your home. Looks like I will be searching for a better lock system since this one sucks.

The devs were asleep during their freshman class in SQA. For some reason, my phone now thinks that I speak Spanish. It tells me to set my default language to Spanish in my phone settings. Problem number one is I don't speak Spanish! Problem number two is that my phone settings correctly say that I speak ENGLISH. NOW I AM GETTING NOTIFICATIONS FROM THE APP IN SPANISH, WHICH I DON'T SPEAK! THERE'S NO EVIDENCE WAY TO FIX THIS BUG. THE APP DEVS NEED TO WAKE UP.
