I currently have 3 desloc door locks they all work great. I need 1 more door lock, and it will be another desloc door lock can't wait to see what's new

The DES LOC app for the smart lock is very intuitive and works great. It was so easy to set up and add users, both fingerprints and codes. I didn't even have to refer to any instructions or videos to figure out the app. Honestly, that would've just slowed me down in setting up the lock

Company is friendly, but this app and the hardware are just not it. Having to log in every time to use the unlock is silly. The battery lasts about 4 weeks. It's just not worth the time and hassle. I would have spent the little extra for a better brand. But the customer service is very responsive. Have to give credit for that for sure

I've changed the batteries 3 times already and the lock says it only has 2 bars. I use the batteries on other devices and they work fine. There is no refresh button for it or anything of that sort. I already replaced the lock once, so I'm thinking it is a device flaw or the app just sucks. When it works, it works, but it is too much of a hassle to unscrew everything to reconnect the system.
