It's a great lock. Cool features through the app include the "temp codes" you can give to your guests, bff, or the b**ty call; Expiration can be set for "temp codes"; unlock through the app if your hands are tied (hopefully if front of you 😆), you're in the restroom, the kitchen, or if you don't want your roomy to hear BEEPBEEPBEEP! #1 feature in this app is I can see who/how many people have a code to my door. Bad for mgrs.

I would give 5 but I don't like how you don't have the option to let the app know the filter has been changed. I keep getting notifications about it when I changed it months ago.

I've got the smart thermostat and a keyless entry pad for my front door. I only need to have my mobile data on, and it will work from the garage to get in the house. You can have up to 7 keyless entry codes, and it tells you which person uses the code to get into your house. I just love new technology!!!

Got locked out of my apt because batteries went dead. Lucky it was during office hours. My apartment said lock will chirp, well no chirping. Lock/unlock chime changed but nothing to make me think batteries are low like a smoke detector chirp. My apartment said app will tell you batteries are low, but even they had to click on several tabs to find that. Should be a front page pop-up. Now that I know, I noticed the app ALWAYS says low battery even w/ BRAND-NEW ones that I know are strong

Use to work fine. But now I can't reset my doorbell, and it takes three tries to unlock or lock my front door with the app. Very disappointed. Have been using this app for over a year and the new update has broken the app for me.
