I've got the smart thermostat and a keyless entry pad for my front door. I only need to have my mobile data on, and it will work from the garage to get in the house. You can have up to 7 keyless entry codes, and it tells you which person uses the code to get into your house. I just love new technology!!!

I would give 5 but I don't like how you don't have the option to let the app know the filter has been changed. I keep getting notifications about it when I changed it months ago.

It's a great lock. Cool features through the app include the "temp codes" you can give to your guests, bff, or the b**ty call; Expiration can be set for "temp codes"; unlock through the app if your hands are tied (hopefully if front of you 😆), you're in the restroom, the kitchen, or if you don't want your roomy to hear BEEPBEEPBEEP! #1 feature in this app is I can see who/how many people have a code to my door. Bad for mgrs.

Use to work fine. But now I can't reset my doorbell, and it takes three tries to unlock or lock my front door with the app. Very disappointed. Have been using this app for over a year and the new update has broken the app for me.

Terrible service. Lock doesn't work after changing out batteries. Took over an hour for support to help with getting access to lock again.

I have a gently deadbolt on a house I bought, and I've spent hours trying to figure out how to gain access to it, so I can control and use it. If this is even possible, it is NOT user-friendly. I do not see any way to make an account to control the lock as a homeowner. Edit: This lock is an "Oaks 2" Just get the app for the Oaks 2 lock, and you will be able to reset it via the internal pairing button and use it as a normal smart lock. How annoying this info is not shared.
