It's hit or miss. (If the vehicles aren't being worked on. Which is alot.) Especially when the school kids use it. When school is out, I can ride 3 mornings in one week. Not Every week but that's okay. I love that it's free and wished that you all could include Peoria and E. Colfax to your route. Too bad more people won't apply to drive. I'm 55, but I haven't driven in about 10 years PTSD. Even though my mind is 25, my back, hips and knees and feet don't agree. Darn desk jobs. Thanks for the help

The biggest feature is that this is a free ride-share app. I'm able to get from my home to Peoria Station without having to wait on the bus nor deal with fees. It's also a great alternative to Uber and Lyft if you need to go anywhere within the Montebello area. The app is also very simplistic and straightforward, without gaudy colors and icons which I appreciate. Destinations are also sorted by type, such as grocery locations and restaurants in the event there's question about where someone can get transportation to. I also like the estimated wait time that comes up after putting in a pickup and drop-off area.

This app could be useful without the abuse of the driver mr Jerkins. This driver makes using the service feel like it's not worth it. When I have tried to call I could not get an email to use. People should Not feel bad for using the services

Every time I request a ride it'll say I'll have to wait for 10 minutes or so but when I accept it the wait time goes up to 60 or more minutes like seriously you all need to fix that

The app works just fine. It's the driver's that are not dependable. Every time I request a ride I have to wait an hour for the ride. Inexcusable
