Gently Tour is a very convenient app that makes it easy to view properties on your own schedule without having to wait on an agent. I really enjoy the flexibility it provides and how simple it is to get access for a self-guided tour. The only drawback I’ve experienced is that the app tends to freeze a lot, which can interrupt the process and make it frustrating at times, especially when trying to access certain properties. Overall, it’s a great concept and very useful, and I would recommend it.

SCAM SCAM SCAM this app used to charge 99 cents, and you could see as many houses as you wanted to for 30 days. NOW you have to give them your SS # AND pay 12 bucks for the same service.

At one of my tours, the lock box was broke. We didn't get to tour, and we lost that credit, even after filing a complaint about the lock box being broke. We paid for those tours. What a shame.

I paid for the unlimited views but now my account is saying that my viewing is paused due to recent viewing activity. I contacted support and after being on hold for 15 mins they said it's an automated message from gently that they can not fix. He told me to contact property management to view homes meaning I would have to call each individual property management company to view homes. It seems that unlimited really has a limit. Odd that you can't fix your own error code
