Gently Tour is a very convenient app that makes it easy to view properties on your own schedule without having to wait on an agent. I really enjoy the flexibility it provides and how simple it is to get access for a self-guided tour. The only drawback I’ve experienced is that the app tends to freeze a lot, which can interrupt the process and make it frustrating at times, especially when trying to access certain properties. Overall, it’s a great concept and very useful, and I would recommend it.

What a terrible experience. They lied to my wife and said that she had to upgrade her account to continue touring homes despite still having tours available from the initial purchase, only to find out after the upgrade that the limit came from the landlord not them. No offer to refund, we're just out the money. Then I had to download the app and pay a 3rd fee just to continue looking at properties from our existing landlord. Gently kept taking our money! I'm telling everyone that will listen!

A disaster from the start. They charge your a fee just to view the property. You have to PAY THEM TO DO A SELF-GUIDED TOUR. And when you get there and try to get the entry instructions it asks the same two security questions you've already answered. I answered them correctly, but the link failed to recognize that and forced to call an 800 number, leave a message, and wait for a callback. Never got the tour I paid for. A predatory, greedy company with no interest in your time or effort.
