Very convenient but it seemed to have some technical issues when pulling it up to tour a home.

Gently Tour is a very convenient app that makes it easy to view properties on your own schedule without having to wait on an agent. I really enjoy the flexibility it provides and how simple it is to get access for a self-guided tour. The only drawback I’ve experienced is that the app tends to freeze a lot, which can interrupt the process and make it frustrating at times, especially when trying to access certain properties. Overall, it’s a great concept and very useful, and I would recommend it.

SCAM SCAM SCAM this app used to charge 99 cents, and you could see as many houses as you wanted to for 30 days. NOW you have to give them your SS # AND pay 12 bucks for the same service.

At one of my tours, the lock box was broke. We didn't get to tour, and we lost that credit, even after filing a complaint about the lock box being broke. We paid for those tours. What a shame.

I really dislike how they are not upfront with their pricing or process, then list benefits that benefit them more than the consumer I saw ONE home that I was interested in touring. It was only after I signed up, verified my license, and took a selfie, that I was informed that I had to provide my income and ssn and allow a soft credit pull and answer more questions. I got through all of that just to be told I have to pay 11.99 to tour unlimited for 30 days, with no other options to proceed.

What a terrible experience. They lied to my wife and said that she had to upgrade her account to continue touring homes despite still having tours available from the initial purchase, only to find out after the upgrade that the limit came from the landlord not them. No offer to refund, we're just out the money. Then I had to download the app and pay a 3rd fee just to continue looking at properties from our existing landlord. Gently kept taking our money! I'm telling everyone that will listen!
