Initial set up is a bit of a pain as you have to use 2.4Hz Wi-Fi but once tgats sorted It's pretty easy to set up and works great.

The app is decent but needs some improvements: 1.child lock only one socket would let the customer set on/off times for one unprotected. At the moment if one is child protected no time can be accessed (visible set times for info)/edited for unprotected socket. 2. Can you change/add option to switch on/off sockets in app(secure app itself with password/code/fingerprint) even when child lock is on? 1. I am only person using app in home. 2.locks for unauthorized use in front of building.

I have two double sockets. One works great and the other keeps dropping out causing the lights that are plugged into them to flash on and off every five minutes

Worked ok until I got a new router which doesn't allow you to force 2.4GHz. It creates both, and you can automatically switch between them. Now I can't set up any more sockets and the support email address doesn't work.

The app was fine until a couple of days ago, when all my sockets went offline and the app now says "Network error - internet connection not available" constantly. It's become completely unusable. I've tried reinstalling the app, I deleted my sockets to re-add them but can't because of the network error message so my sockets are now without smart capability as well. There's nothing wrong with my Wi-Fi so no idea what's going on!

App continually crashes when trying to add double sockets, and have to wait while the socket times out to be able to restart the process. Smart set up hangs every time, and AP mode crashes the app!
