Initial set up is a bit of a pain as you have to use 2.4Hz Wi-Fi but once tgats sorted It's pretty easy to set up and works great.

The app is decent but needs some improvements: 1.child lock only one socket would let the customer set on/off times for one unprotected. At the moment if one is child protected no time can be accessed (visible set times for info)/edited for unprotected socket. 2. Can you change/add option to switch on/off sockets in app(secure app itself with password/code/fingerprint) even when child lock is on? 1. I am only person using app in home. 2.locks for unauthorized use in front of building.

Absolute dog poo but what do you expect from British General. Took forever to get it connected to Wi-Fi for starters. Had to go into the router setting to turn off 5gz to install the "smart Wi-Fi socket" . Then when I got it connected I had to uninstall to the app as I couldn't set up the timer function just a blank screen when clicked on. Then reinstall the app. Also, no dusk to Dawn function like many of the other smart devices/apps. You know to control a night light maybe ! Not very smart...

The app was fine until a couple of days ago, when all my sockets went offline and the app now says "Network error - internet connection not available" constantly. It's become completely unusable. I've tried reinstalling the app, I deleted my sockets to re-add them but can't because of the network error message so my sockets are now without smart capability as well. There's nothing wrong with my Wi-Fi so no idea what's going on!

I have two double sockets. One works great and the other keeps dropping out causing the lights that are plugged into them to flash on and off every five minutes
