Forced to move over to this app as my Master plug S7 originally used Monta. Charges my car as per schedule, but I haven't checked whether it is at my time selected or a time 10–15 mins after, which could not override with Monta. I don't seem to see insights or history of charges, which Monta had, and don't want to provide my login info to my supplier to get realtime costs. I have manually entered day/night rates though which is good. Hopefully the app improves over time, but it works for now.

Really enjoying the app so far! To make it a Five Star, I’d love to see a feature that tracks charging costs. If the app could ask for my energy supplier and tariff details, it could show me exactly what I'm spending on each top-up.

App is not fit for purpose, the charger itself does work, but I can only manually turn it on & off as I don't trust it to charge on "auto" settings 30 mins after scheduled charge it still hadn't started to charge. In order to get it to charge it had to delete all the input, then unplug the vehicle then manually charge it. It has "input" for you tariff, it doesn't show in monetary terms how much a charge was. Only kwh... It's going back for a refund not fit for purpose.

The navigation is overly complicated, with disjointed menu options. It's never clear if the options selected will work. The help files refer to menu options which no longer exist or have changed names. There's also no charge option to override a schedule. The schedule can be turned off, but you have to unplug and plug the car back in to start charging, wait for the charge then turn the schedule back on.

When I first set up my Synced charger, I connected it to a Monta account. A few weeks ago the charger disconnected itself from Monta (was this the result of a Synced software update?) and I decided to try the Synced app. After three occasions when charging stopped randomly during the night, I have reverted to Monta. The Synced charger works just fine, but their app seems flakey.
