Overall a good stable and informative app. What I would really like to see, for those customers who have more than 1 Dura 5+ battery installed, is the app to show the State of Charge levels of both BATT1 and BATT2 separately, like it does for the EV car chargers. Example: 2 batteries, combined ~10KW storage capacity. The Live Usage Monitor screen shows battery 95% charged. I want to be certain if it's only reading that figure from Battery 1 or both combined.

Definitely getting better. I know the figures are a little all over the place at the moment due to upgrade but thought I'd also mention my grid export under the Energy Summary data over 30 days is lower than over the last 7 days, which can't be right. Either the calculation wrong for this field or the 1st digit is missing. Thanks for keeping the app updated. We do more info though, more like the Dura-i app. I'm sure the majority of PV owners would understand it.

I was skeptical about downloading this app due to some negative reviews. However, I downloaded it, and it has been brilliant keeping me informed of solar panels import, export, what the home is using both today, in the last week, and month. It is accurate as the app tells me the same as my Smart meter. 😊

The app that does nothing!! My dura-i inverter does whatever they tell it to do not what I want it to do. I can't even stop my system from charging from the grid at peak times coasting me a fortune. You can't even change the inverters' mode on the app. You want to change Wi-Fi.... nope can't even do that with the app. The update of my own inverter can take over 15 minutes to update. And to top it off the data at the end of the day is not very accurate, it can be out by 2 to 3 KW.

I recently had a Duracell inverter and battery added to my home. They are great bits of kit. Unfortunately the supporting app is not. There are number issues which need fixing: - Inaccurate data. As others have pointed out the energy inputs & outputs in the Energy Summary screen do not add up. This undermines confidence in everything else the app is telling me. - Slow updates. The live view refresh rate seems to be about every 15 mins. No 'last updated' info. - No biometric login. - Crashes
