Worked well but needs to show more detail on the batteries. Since last update (June 25) the battery no longer shows batteries charging with full sunshine. When the battery is discharging it shows it being charged. Issues now resolved (June25) but we still need more battery info.

Since the update, the energy flow from the battery to the home shows the flow the wrong way. Not a big issue, also would be nice to be able to see how much is put into the grid on the daily / weekly/ monthly tables.

As a like other people facing difficulties with app & all other functions same I have also, but customer service is fantastic as I know they are in early days of software & hardware I have pretty confident in coming days they will hammer out. Recently I was in contact with Mr dan & Beth thurtell they helped me out my problem so far. Thanks for that. I am sure in coming days' app & propene will be much better. One's now we have system we souled give them chance to improve performance.

Barely functional. Very basic app. Live usage updates every 5–10 minutes not every few seconds as expected. Does not show exporting. Power cut function doesn't turn off. Scheduling import does its own thing (I tried to get it to import for 1 hour, and it changed itself to 3 hours). Over all, I expected a lot better from Duracell.

The live usage monitor is not accurate since the update. For example the battery appears to be powering the house when in fact it is being charged. The energy summary is also poor, it provides an overview of "total consumption" as a total of energy generated, energy taken from the grid and energy from the battery. However, this is neither accurate nor useful data. It fails to show how much of the energy generated was exported or whether the battery was charged using solar power or the grid.

Well, the latest update already has a fault. The battery flow indicator goes in the wrong direction I.e. the battery shows discharge when it is actually charging. Generally a poor app.
