Overall the app has improved, but the Outage Guard doesn't work well. We had a massive thunderstorm in the area and the system never switched over. I had to manually switch to Priority Backup to maybe charge the batteries a bit should we lose power.

For now, the app works, excellent. I would like to see th utility voltage on the app. Because in Puerto Rico 🇵🇷, LUMA ENERGY, have problems with the voltage (290 V). 😵💫 And I would like to change to off grid online, if possible, to prevent possible damage to the Inversor. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

The original company Power Home/ Pink Energy went out of business who partnered with Generac, so now the company who financed?me whom also partnered with Pink energy, stuck me with a bill of 53,000.00 plus without making Generac whom still in business put enough solar panels on my roof, they put 15 panels on my roof I believe I need 18 to 20 to see a returning savings, I informed Generac and Sunlight Financial several times of issue. It's a rip-off and all that I mentioned are crooks

Miss poor customer service. My app has not worked on my end a solid 2 months in the entire 2+ years I've had it installed. Generac had a contractor come out and fix the hardware problem with the inverter, but it lasted about 3 weeks then out again. I will not ever buy another generac product again after the numerous tickets I've had put in, and I reckon I fell through the cracks because they had no follow through at all except the first time. I'm done trying to get any help from generac.
