Great system. Support team is awesome, Purview app allows me to see home power usage, battery and solar use in real time from anywhere. The Battery back provides immediate power when the grid goes down. I can choose from the app or at the inverter to have Solar and Grid help supply power or just Solar and Batteries supply power to the home, no grid power. Easy to use Great system.

Thank you Generac for adding the ability to change system modes from the app!!! But I did notice that when you do, it'll disable the TOU scheduler if it was running which does makes sense. That being said, it'd be even more awesome if you could add the ability to enable/disable the TOU scheduler from the app as well. Thanks!

The original company Power Home/ Pink Energy went out of business who partnered with Generac, so now the company who financed?me whom also partnered with Pink energy, stuck me with a bill of 53,000.00 plus without making Generac whom still in business put enough solar panels on my roof, they put 15 panels on my roof I believe I need 18 to 20 to see a returning savings, I informed Generac and Sunlight Financial several times of issue. It's a rip-off and all that I mentioned are crooks

Dominion, our energy company, shows different usage and net values. The energy production we thought we accumulated was far from Dominion's amount. Where we thought we had 3 Mega watts in our favor was not. We're surprised we had a $300 electric bill. I wish measured net energy was more accurate, so we could adjust how we use power.

This upgrade is horrible. I have 2 systems. I can no longer toogle between the 2 systems. It now gives an average of the 2. I can figure that out from my power bill. I need to be able to see each system. I recently had installer come move circuits from 1 to the other because 1 was overloaded. Now the systems are merged. I can not tell if that helped or not because I get an average. I went with this system, so I could monitor what they were doing now this app is useless. Please return toogle system
