Over 3 years in service. Hours without power in the winter. Great to have peace of mind.

I have been able to service the unit personally with the aid of Mobile Link. I have a 20kw unit, and it has been running reliably since I installed it in 2018. If you don't know how to maintain a Generac generator, please hire a professional to service it correctly. If you've never worked on a gas powered generator before but have experience in auto mechanics, it shouldn't be of great difficulty to learn how to monitor and maintain.

THIS IS THE APP FROM HELL. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER ! SINCE IT WAS INCLUDED, WITH MY NEW 5* GENERATOR, I THOUGHT I'D TRY. WRONG CHOICE. I SHOULD HAVE FIGURED IT OUT, WHEN I HAD BIG TIME PROBLEMS EVEN SETTING UP MY ACCOUNT ON MOBILE LINK. DO NOT ALLOW GENERAC TO INSTALL MOBILE LINK. HAVE THEM GIVE YOU A $300.00 CREDIT, AND BUY SOMEONE ELSE, AFTER ONLY CHECKING GOOGLE REVIEWS. I CAN NOT BELIEVE GENERAC IS INVOLVED WITH THEM. DO NOT RECOMMEND MOBILE LINK !!!!!!!!!

Terrible. Going through the sequence of setup is such a buggy thing - it takes multiple attempts every time to get it to connect if it does at all. Doesn't help the generator Wi-Fi equipment is ineffective
