Very user-friendly and reliable. I don't know what other people were experiencing who rated the app poorly. I have a complex system with solar, battery storage, and backup generator and the app manages it all seamlessly.

When I first open the app, it gives blank or false readings. Often have to switch to some other readout, then back to home to get what appears to be a useful readout. I do not trust the readings this so gives. But good eye candy. Also, BAD-no Windows app.

Fancy graphics with reduced functionality and readability. Biggest problem is removing capability of setting a schedule for minimum / backup battery soc state of charge. For example, from 0000-600, battery backup min soc 15 percent and 600-1800, 5%. Cannot refresh home screen for real time electricity data. Graphs should include ability to click on time points such as 15 min intervals for data at that time. Clicking on 3pm on graph, battery at 33 percent solar producing 10 kwh etc.

As of 2/22/26 Not able to sign up. Can not pass the security code. Keep showing resend code. I tried for a week, and it's still the same. I'm hoping for the fix fast. App ver 2.9.0 Update. It no longer allows home users to sign up. Now require installer to give you the sign in info. In other words, you need to get it from the installer.

Isn't handling daylight savings. As of Monday, March 10, Sunday, March 9 is skipped in the day view. And the entire previous week has disappeared from week view.
