It was great up until we had. Tesla battery installed. It's a real shame the two systems cannot talk to each other. This app now only shows the energy harvested and not where it's going to - house, battery or grid.

4/19/26 System data updates issue resolved by connecting inverter to home Wi-Fi instead of comms with cell phone towers. Though now the issue I can't resolve is that it shows my provider availability to select (PGE) but the only rate plan available to select is NEM 3... but I'm on NEM 2 which is not an option to choose from. SE said the installer has to enable it, and it seems it's not a function of the app overall. 7/24/26 yr 4 inverter replaced, but app can't connect to it to change pw.

Each version removes features and gets worse and worse! The latest version (July 2026) removed the ability to monitor L1 and L2 voltages, and also added ridiculous and false "connecting to system" and 'loading layout" screens when going to view individual panel output stats. Removing needed features is bad enough, but adding time-wasting and deceptive loading graphics when literally nothing is happening behind the scenes is infuriating. Do better Solaredge!

I can't put the back up reserved at 100 %, why ? It's not letting me change it back to 100. Now it is at 40 % and the battery is at less than 40. Please help ! I didn't change it to 40, it was at 100 from the beginning when I got the solar panels. This was never an issue with the app and now is doing this. If the power goes out I will not have enough power to wait until the grid comes back. ☹️
