Absolute horrible setup for payment. They could not make it harder for their customers to pay them on autopay. I have a loan with them and if it's paid off in 18 months there's no interest. I tried to set up the auto-pay so that amount would be taken out every month but their system is so bad. The autopay can only be the minimum amount due, and I have to go in every month and make an additional payment.

Buggy App. I enter my credentials, and it wants me to verify email address. I send the verification email, open my email, click verify, and it takes me to the app which then says you need to verify your email. I click I verified my email then it says it wants verified. As a programmer this is a terrible app. User interface looks nice, but can't even use. Also, good leap the company is bad when it comes to payments. My payments are on auto-pay, yet it's telling me my payment is late.
