I've been trying to log in, and it only gives me an error message. My credentials have been the same since day one. All I want is to see my loan info and balance and has been like this for months. No access to my account.

Loan payoff discrepancy We called for the payoff, and then 3 hours later, we called to pay off our loan, and the amount went up over $20 higher. Asked why it's over $20 more, the person gave us some double-talk about why. This company gives you a low monthly payment but seems to charge you almost the same amount in interest. It's a loan scam as far as I'm concern and doesn't help your credit. Buyer beware of sure. I will never go with this company again or any business that uses them.
