They are the worst. Hunter your credit score even when your payment are current. They reported me 4 times in o e months when that month was pay on time. For example just now am I talking to them, my month of September is fully pay and today is the 29 of September, and they reported my account 4x and October is not even here. What a joke this people are. And all they are telling me is to dispute it. I been doing this since June and my credit score keep dropping. Very Disappointed

Scammed! Tried to pay Principle off before first payment was due, & they demanded FULL payment of interest & principle! Not what Salesman represented that I could pay Principle in full before first payment! I explained to him that I would pay it off with my mortgage refinance, but he insisted that I apply for financing to "see if you qualify"! Case filed with our state's AG's Office!

It took a while to register my information with the app. Since then, I am unable to access any usable information. I get texts and emails that say "you have papers to sign", and the app will tell me "sign into the app to sign your papers", then I sign into the app, which says, "you're all caught up!" It's been basically useless, since I can't use it for its intended purpose. Good Leap is also nagging me for more and more and more paperwork, which seems shady, but that's a separate issue.
