Great app. However, after a recent update, the drop-down menus have changed from a white background to a dark gray background. Wouldn't be an issue if the text wasn't black. Very hard to see what I'm looking for. Edit for 2026: I've used this app I purchased for over 2k invoices. Now I get a notice that I will need to pay that full purchase price every month if I want to continue sending PDF invoices. I think after 13 years, I'm going to have to move on.

Great little program. I have the paid version. I'm concerned that Dropbox policy now has a limit for the free version on number of devices attached. I have 10 people I share updated csv list to. I can't justify the fee Dropbox asks for the service that allows sharing to more devices, Is there another service that Mobil Biz can set as a default, like Dropbox now is, that Mobil Biz can offer in the APP which would allow the same feature it uses from Dropbox App?

I bought Mobile Biz Pro because it was a one-time purchase with PDF invoicing included. After years of using it, you've removed a feature I already paid for and locked it behind a subscription. This is a bait-and-switch that breaks the trust of loyal customers. Existing Pro and lifetime users should keep the features they purchased. I won't pay a subscription for functionality I already own and will be looking for an alternative.

Purchased this software 10 years ago (Pro version) for full access to all features. As of this morning, can't print invoices to PDF or email them, now that costs extra. What a rip-off!
