Works and feels like a lot of thought/design/coding has gone into it, unlike many apps these days that are just shockingly bodged (thinking e.g. of BMW car app / Indra EV charging app, for instance). Sunsynk would benefit from (1) landscape mode viewing option, (2) faster and/or adjustable refresh of the Overview screen, (3) more work to improve the user experience and all round ease as to setting timer options.

Used app for 2 years from PV install. Mostly it works well for me. No serious problems described by other users. Data Updates... The inverter reports every 5 minutes as seen on the desktop website. To update the phone app display, swipe the screen from top to bottom. Frequent request to re-login. Happens more than I would like but might be caused by switching from Wi-Fi to mobile data and back - would lose Internet connection. No notification of grid disconnect. You have an inverter problem.

App works great, software on the inverter often over discharges the battery past the SOC threshold which then requires a top-up from the grid

Please fix your app giving negative values showing I am exporting on both flow chart and on graph when I can not export, arrows from grid flowing in the wrong direction. Started this morning in SA and don't tell me to install the pro app

I will not buy another sunsynk product again. I have seen numerous reviews stating what issues customers have been experiencing with the app, but they simply choose to ignore. 5 minutes to get power usage updates is ridiculous. The physical product is fantastic, but the app lets it down tremendously and the lack of customer support. REAL TIME UPDATES ARE POSSIBLE, BECAUSE I WAS USING A PRODUCT (LUXPOWER) THAT HAD IT. Their app is far superior to Sunsynk.

The app does not reflect the correct utilization and power flow data as the inverter, not even between summary and detailed view screens within the app itself.
