Takes 9 days to learn the sites' usage patterns. Been very good at setting charge, discharge timers for the Agile profile... could do with more granular settings options to help teach the AI profile what you want it to do.... saves the hassle of setting timers each day and checking against weather forecast, Agile prices for import and export, plus any price plunges Octopus offer... definitely the future of smart solar and battery storage..... can we have desktop web access to the same data pleas

I am on pre-paid electricity I live in Johannesburg RSA, and we need to pay an extra R200-00 over and above what we pay for electricity every month.........so the subscription of R250-00 a month is way too expensive App. I loaded my prep aided electricity for the month on the 1st of May 251 units, which is more than enough for the month. The so-called AI used up almost all my prep aided electricity in 16 days without showing it on the app. This app is utter rubbish

Very poor app supporting a very poor business generally. The hardware seems to be OK. But Sunsynk does not offer any instructions on how to use the system or the App. Just how to install it form first use. As a result I am certainly not getting best use from my system, despite spending hours and hours trying to make it work properly.

Poor! Unable to see historic data in day, month or year view. App deleted immediately after trying it out. Waste of electrons. I prefer the dysfunctional original app. At least it gets the basics right.
