Buggy and poor device compatibility. It is difficult to connect to an inverter at all. We have to try multiple phones and tablets, android and iphone, to find one that will connect over Wi-Fi (none work on Bluetooth), and this changes when the app updates. Mine worked a few weeks ago, but I updated the app today and now the app crashes whenever I choose a Wi-Fi dongle. Chint support was unable to help with app issues and stated that their manuals were too out of date.

doesn't work on Samsung Galaxy 22+, worked fine on older Kyocera Duraforce which luckily I always bring to the site.... 6 hrs later I switched phones just to test and bam it worked....

App doesn't function on Android devices, CPS support doesn't care. Their solution? Buy an iPhone lol. Good luck commissioning and servicing chint equipment Hahahahahahahah
