I've been using the app for several months with my AC200L and AC300. I monitor and change settings remotely via the Internet and reliability has been excellent. Although the front panel screens provide more information, the essentials are available in the app. The ability to reliably access the power stations remotely is a valuable benefit. I enjoy the energy data and ability to monitor daily trends in solar vs grid charging. Thanks Bluetti. I look forward to future enhancements.

Unable to use the app At this point. I go to sign up, and it sends me the code in email. After entering the code and all info, it tells me the captcha is wrong, however there is no captcha displayed. Samsung S23 ultra

It's a great concept to connect via Bluetooth, however, I can only get the app to connect about 1/3 if the times I try. I have tried repeatedly to turn it on my power station, have not been away from the power station, and have had my phone right next to the unit.

App only works once before you have to restart the AC200MAX. You open the app connect to the device and then the next time you try to do it whether that be 5 minutes or 5 days it cannot locate the Bluetti. Only way to fix this is to turn the bluetti off and turn it back on then the app can find it. What do I need to do to fix this please help

Can't set homepage display, doesn't show hours left as the display on unit does, need to be in Bluetooth range, no Wi-Fi. App full of all sorts of clutter. I guess all of this is because I only have an EB3A

Have gone through a few screens every time you open the app to get to your device monitoring. Mostly aimed at selling you another one. Monitoring is neat but extremely basic, no history just current status. Sometimes based controls would also be an improvement.
