This is such a great app. I can access my Bluetti even if I'm not near it. I can turn AC or DC remotely, and even turn it off. I can check how many watts my plugged-in appliances are consuming.

Im lost, it's only connected w my RV5 not me. Wants me to do something but I can't find it. Epad won't respond except to tell me to except agreement but where is it? Cant get to Bluetooth on epad, had it once when I started up for maybe 10 hrs, then never again. Called multiple times. Technician called and now am at least charging. Ill call again.

When I installed with the last version everything worked correctly. Using more than one port correctly reported output. But updating to latest no longer works right. Either it reports 0 output or only records one port but no others. Also Bluetooth headphones and speakers are not registering output. It remains 0.

Stupid app. You have to be connected to the internet to have your device pop up in app even if it's connected via Bluetooth? This is ignorant and stupid.

Could not get to charger 2 settings. Error Charger 2 "not found", unable to bind charger 2 from app, unable to get troubleshooting help from app. Very confusing to use.
