1. Homepage: Provides real-time charts of the overall energy usage. Users can view detailed energy reports, backup power protection status, environmental contribution status, and make settings in the list below.
2. Energy Report: Provides detailed energy utilization data. Users can view current and past energy production, consumption, storage and flow for analyzing and optimizing future electricity consumption strategies.
3. Backup power protection: The backup power protection function ensures continuous power supply during grid outages. It sets backup power, switches power supply modes, and starts dyque quickly.
4. Environmental contribution: The itel Energy App's environmental contribution feature shows data on environmental benefits. It displays reduced carbon emissions, saved standard coal, and equivalent trees planted. Helps users see their contributions in reducing carbon emissions.

Dear Itel Energy Support, I am using an Itel P54 8 kW inverter with a 5 kWh battery. I have set the battery charging current to 30 A, but currently the inverter continues charging the battery at the same rate and uses grid power to supply household loads. I would like the inverter to automatically reduce the battery charging current when home load increases and prioritize PV power for household loads. Grid power should only be used when PV and battery power are insufficient. Please advise the

Decent app, however there are some features missing. Mainly, the ability to charge the battery at peak sun hours. Currently, the battery starts charging as soon as there is solar production, it would be better if you could prioritize load in the early hours of the sun, and charge the battery during peak hours. Secondly, there is no option to limit the soc, it always charges to 100%. Would be helpful if you could restrict it to 80%. Finally, there are some metrics and graphs that are missing.

Network connection is highly unstable and does not work without Bluetooth of the phone turned on. And there is no indication on the app for Grid Power off. At least for me, my inverter does not turn off the heavy load at battery 30%. And since no Grid off indication, battery drains to its minimum level every time grid is off in the evening times. No battery health information. Beginner level basic features as mentioned above are missing.

Generation comparison is missing (selected days, months and years) for all 3 e.g. Grid, Solar and Battery. No way to set my preferences selections e.g. billing month start e.g. billing start date. I'm unable to zoom (vertical) charts. Use unable to change settings of battery charging preference and charging preferred time e.g. I want to set my charging preference to Solar I have to request the installer to do so and I want to set charging preferred time peek solar generation hours. Many more.
