Description
The Bendigo Bank GoPos Lite app is an innovative card acceptance solution by Quest Payment Systems, allowing Bendigo Bank merchants to accept EMV chip, magnetic stripe, debit and credit card payments via their Android phone or tablet. The Bendigo GoPos Lite app works in conjunction with a Bendigo GoPos Lite EFTPOS terminal , pairing over Bluetooth, allowing secure PIN-verified payments to be processed by Bendigo Bank.
Transactions are processed utilising the Smart device’s 3G, 4G or WiFi internet connection.
Processing a transaction is easy with just 3 steps:
1. Enter the Transaction amount and/or Cashout amount. 2. The customer swipes or inserts their card into the GoPos Lite EFTPOS terminal, selects their nominated account, and enters their PIN (if required). 3. Bendigo Bank will process the transaction, with a response sent to your Smart device advising if the transaction has been approved or declined. You can then send the receipt directly to your customer’s phone via SMS, email or optionally print a receipt on an approved Bluetooth Printer.

Amazing customer service. This has been a great system but would not pair with a Google Pixel 3a. Worked fine on Apple. The tech team were fantastic, even developed a new update. Can't recommend highly enough.

Transactions fail consistently with this system and have to be done multiple times for it to work causing embarrassment to both myself and my customers costing me time and money. Always has trouble pairing with any phone I have had. Customer service is rude and unhelpful, and they charge you for terminals that do not work correctly. New terminal was sent out with the instruction to send the old terminal back in the prepaid envelop which they did not send. Transaction costs are pretty expensive as well. Quest are a terrible company to deal with, and I will not be going back to them as they did nothing to try and rectify the situation with no apology.
