An app for the sake of saying you have an app. Provides useless information that is easier to get elsewhere. No indicator that updates are available. Phone's back button exits the app, rather than just going back a page, forcing you to log in again.

Limited Functionality in this early release The 1.0 release seems to provide limited functionality. While it is nice to have all your benefit partner phone numbers in one place, some of the "additional features" that appealed to me (store a photo of your ID Cards for instance), do not work in this release. Futhermore, since you authenticate at the "company" level (not the individual), individual data that would be extremely useful (i.e. coverage limits, deductibles, etc.) are not available. Hopefully these features will appear on the roadmap later, as I think the concept is very cool. I look forward to future releases that may up the functionality. For now, think of it as "one stop shopping" for your company benefit partners contact info. Rating two (out of 5) stars, as the third bullet point in the feature set "ability to capture / centralize coverage information" (i.e. ID card capture) isn't working on my andriod handset in this release.

ok app downloaded but now what?? Ok its cool how the app downloads. but now what?? It wants me to login with a user name and password but I dont have one. Where do I register??

It doesn't let you sign up if you're a new user! Its a useless app.

Unlike others I was able to get signed into the app, but there's a lot of outdated information. The latest "library" information shows the 2020 benefits guide even though we just had enrollment for 2022. Most of the info in this app is pretty useless.
