I don't understand why all these people complain about the app. I have a beovision 11 mk 4. as long as your smartphone and the TV are on the same network you should be good to go. I also got the latest software for my TV which I downloaded from the web. this app is not perfect, I agree with some users. The full keyboard would be a nice addition. but it's still replace a $300 remote control.

Not working on Samsung s3/4 Endless loadings and notification in the end that no devices were found from network, while other products and apps are finding BS4 without any issues. This app used to work about half a year or year ago...

Such brilliant brand name. Useless rem Please bang Olufsen if you going to make an app for your systems do it right. I have the Beosystem 2500 and doesn't work the app with it.
