This information is processed locally on your device to display a reminder screen that encourages you to stay focused. No data collected through the Accessibility Service is stored, transmitted, or shared with any third party. You can enable or disable this permission at any time in your device's Accessibility settings.

The app is making me think twice about opening apps but more important, is making me think about how I'm not even thinking when I open social media. It is often a mindless act that I could replace with something so much more useful. I'm going to pay for the annual subscription, worth every penny. Update: is being about ten days and my life has changed for the better. From probably 3, 4 hours on Insta to under an hour for 9 days. Playing less games, reading more, being more present ❤️

It has helped me tremendously with limiting my mindless social media use! Even more so than the mindless scrolling, I appreciated the pop-up intervention before Instagram opens. It's brought to my attention how often I open the app without even thinking about it. 😬😵💫

Allow for a trial before subscription and don't hit us with a paywall after giving data access. And don't require a review to move forward with just the description. Like someone else I've headed to stay free instead.

I don't like the fact that it uses the exact same baits as other businesses claiming to help with certain areas. Like asking, you questions and making you allow permissions for the app to have access to all kinds of information to your phone before you're hit with the fees. No, thank you, you've just showed how you are just as shady as the other businesses. Want to be transparent and trustworthy? Communicate fees clearly before tricking people into downloading the app and making promises.
