I am employee of berger, and I am unable to use Berger My Color as it keeps stopping again and again. I tried clearing cache, data, and reinstalling the app but the issue still exists. Please fix this bug as soon as possible

The request layering process is confusing—what should I enter the Lead ID field? The layout of this app is poor. It would be much better if users could upload directly from the gallery on the main page. Asian app for preview is much better compared to this one. Please improve the user experience.

There is nightmare if ask for Berger service. I booked service for Diwali 2025. Work is still pending. Called the painter, customer service, his manager and Berger executives. They have sent us through huge torture in these 7–8 months. Useless company with third class service
