Bernie: Psychology

Built by psychologists so you can learn psychology the playful way. Simply talk about your own topics and discover 78 concepts from ACT and behavioral psychology, from the Rumination Trap to the Stress Response. Each one lands in your personal Psychology Library, with your own example.

Text or call Bernie, your AI companion, about anything on your mind. He explains in plain words what is going on in your head, names the psychology behind it and suggests one small thing to try.

Prefer talking to typing? Just call Bernie! He picks up and talks it through with you, in your language.

Whether it is procrastination, decisions, relationships or why your brain does what it does: with Bernie you understand yourself better, step by step.

Why Mindflex?

• Mindflex is effective and fun. Short conversations, XP for every real step and lovable characters (Bernie, Bonnie, Bernhardt and Bernadette) keep you coming back.

• Mindflex is grounded in science. The concepts come from established psychological research, such as acceptance and commitment approaches and cognitive behavioral psychology. Every card in the library names the research behind it.

• Level up 7 mental skills. On your Flex Map, Notice, Allow, Shift, Regulate, Choose, Connect and Move grow as soon as you actually try something.

• Stay motivated. Collect XP, level up and unlock new outfits for Bernie and his family.

• Keep your streak. Daily reminders bring you back to your next lesson.

• Your conversations stay private. They are stored under a random ID, not under your name. We never sell your data, and you can delete everything at any time.
