Had some issues after purchase but resolved somewhat quickly. After the last couple of updates in September they have rendered my scanner and app useless. I just get a blank screen after the login step. Good luck with any valuable assistance from customer service. I sent an email at the beginning of September 2023 and still have not been able to speak to someone that offered actual resolution. I even requested a call to try and get this fixed...still waiting.

Just received my device. The app is problematic. Unable to stay in the current scans to review more information of each oil. I have to go into scan history to pull the scan. Also, each scan is duplicated in the history. I have one scan there 5 times. Not impressed. However, the information is priceless.
