App allows you to make reservations at closed Best Westerns. Recommend fixing app to not allow for this going forward. Diamond member was not allowed to stay in hotel reserved.

Slow Slowww This App is Slow! And so is the website. Wi-Fi, mobile, desktop, it makes no difference! How can a paying customer book a Best Western Hotel room online? Best Western Hotels should be able to do better - this is inexcusable. :-(

Can't complete a reservation. This app always locks up at some point in the process, making it impossible to complete a reservation. I can look up hotels and see some details, but always have to switch to the website to complete my reservation.
