The Hotel chain is good, at least in the PNW. But this app is the worst. I have to log into the app, then log out of the app, delete the app, reinstall it, then login again and it MIGHT work. I usually end up using the web browser or calling the hotel to book because the app is so buggy. I travel for work, so I use the app a lot, this is not a one-off experience.

Slow Slowww This App is Slow! And so is the website. Wi-Fi, mobile, desktop, it makes no difference! How can a paying customer book a Best Western Hotel room online? Best Western Hotels should be able to do better - this is inexcusable. :-(

When it works it is great. Currently, I I have not been able to log in on the app for 2 weeks. It is rather annoying. Changing my rating to 1 star. The app only works after I call the hotel and make a reservation. The app itself will not allow me to make any reservations.
