Comments on BeterDichtbij for Android

★★★★☆ Kemal E · Jun 15, 2026

Generally works well. Some usability improvements are needed. Please allow copying and pasting or make it optional. I want to translate the text, I can't. I want to copy the phone number from the message, I can't. Additionally, please also allow screen reading (maybe with an extra setting for privacy) so that we can use Google circle search!

★★★★☆ Syedhamjath Syedmansur · Mar 25, 2024

Please add support for other languages at least English.

Press the pickup phone button, but app does not pick up Edit: I have tested and it works. Possible the call ended right at the moment when I pressed button.

All your personal medical info is spread out over all these apps because it's supposed to be safer and easier... Safer and easier to hack and collect data yes, but for the patient it is safer to receive medical info directly to a safe proton email address! And a HELL of a lot easier!!

★☆☆☆☆ Nikolett Puskás · Oct 8, 2024

It is all in Dutch with no option for English and the staff is apparently unwilling to consider its international clients' accessibility issues. Hugely disappointing. Especially considering the amount of money you are obliged to pay for these services.

★☆☆☆☆ M Duke · Aug 8, 2026

It's useless, if you need to check your medical info you still have to log in the hospital portal with digid. I wonder what is the use of this app

★☆☆☆☆ Esteban Landerreche · Oct 25, 2021

This app should not exist. Hoovering personal data for no reason. Could have been an email
