Zo ga je van start met BeterDichtbij
1. Je zorgverlener nodigt je uit. Je ontvangt daarover een e-mail. Handig: je kunt BeterDichtbij gebruiken voor contact met meerdere zorgverleners. 2. Download en activeer de app: dit doe je één keer. Je stelt dan ook jouw eigen pincode in, waarmee je daarna veilig inlogt. 3. Stuur je eerste bericht. Deel je vraag, foto of bestand met je zorgverlener en begin zo het gesprek. Je zorgverlener kan ook een afspraak met je maken om te beeldbellen via BeterDichtbij.
Je privacy en veiligheid gewaarborgd Als het gaat om je gezondheid, dan is het natuurlijk heel belangrijk dat je je vragen in een beveiligde omgeving kunt stellen. Generally works well. Some usability improvements are needed. Please allow copying and pasting or make it optional. I want to translate the text, I can't. I want to copy the phone number from the message, I can't. Additionally, please also allow screen reading (maybe with an extra setting for privacy) so that we can use Google circle search!

Press the pickup phone button, but app does not pick up Edit: I have tested and it works. Possible the call ended right at the moment when I pressed button.

It is all in Dutch with no option for English and the staff is apparently unwilling to consider its international clients' accessibility issues. Hugely disappointing. Especially considering the amount of money you are obliged to pay for these services.

All your personal medical info is spread out over all these apps because it's supposed to be safer and easier... Safer and easier to hack and collect data yes, but for the patient it is safer to receive medical info directly to a safe proton email address! And a HELL of a lot easier!!

It's useless, if you need to check your medical info you still have to log in the hospital portal with digid. I wonder what is the use of this app
