I want to comment about the app it is more very helpful if you add the food video for each food to see the food more clearly if it is hard to add you can simply add the video in the YouTube and put YouTube link video of the food in the beu app, it will very be helpful for the customer I guess

I have been using beu delivery for years now, and they are excellent in their services but one problem I keep having is that when I want to explore some bookstores it keeps exiting when I am scrolling. I tried updating to the latest version but the problem still persists. I would really appreciate it if this problem is fixed.

A nice app overall but recently push notifications are coming up twice which is very annoying I don't want to clear a single notification twice please patch this bug or a lot of people are going to disable notifications from this app

Extremely disappointed with BEU. Ordered food worth 2180 birr, waited two hours, and delivery was given to the wrong person. Reported it and received only a 150 birr discount—this is unacceptable. Poor service, no proper compensation, and a complete lack of respect for customers. Will not use BEU again and do not recommend it to anyone

I waited 2 hours for a restaurant in 1KM distance from my location and the delivery boy come and blame it on the restaurant and since I know the restaurant manager, I confirmed they never take more than half an hour for preparation even in their busiest time.

It so expensive they charge more on the actual order and then add the delivery and service charge. Use other delivery apps the at least 200-300 birr chipper on the same order
