I want to comment about the app it is more very helpful if you add the food video for each food to see the food more clearly if it is hard to add you can simply add the video in the YouTube and put YouTube link video of the food in the beu app, it will very be helpful for the customer I guess

I have been using beu delivery for years now, and they are excellent in their services but one problem I keep having is that when I want to explore some bookstores it keeps exiting when I am scrolling. I tried updating to the latest version but the problem still persists. I would really appreciate it if this problem is fixed.

A nice app overall but recently push notifications are coming up twice which is very annoying I don't want to clear a single notification twice please patch this bug or a lot of people are going to disable notifications from this app

Bad customer handling from call center. The worst food delivery experience. Doesn't update location.
★☆☆☆☆Muluberhan Tekle Belay· Aug 26, 2026
Extremely poor customer service. They wasted my time and my dinner plans. They cancelled my order and sent my money back after more than an hour of me ordering food. Furthermore, the reason they gave me was that the restaurant said they weren't receiving orders however I called the restaurant and confirmed that wasn't the case. I have felt deceived and made a fool of as a customer.
