I want to comment about the app it is more very helpful if you add the food video for each food to see the food more clearly if it is hard to add you can simply add the video in the YouTube and put YouTube link video of the food in the beu app, it will very be helpful for the customer I guess

A nice app overall but recently push notifications are coming up twice which is very annoying I don't want to clear a single notification twice please patch this bug or a lot of people are going to disable notifications from this app

I have been using beu delivery for years now, and they are excellent in their services but one problem I keep having is that when I want to explore some bookstores it keeps exiting when I am scrolling. I tried updating to the latest version but the problem still persists. I would really appreciate it if this problem is fixed.

The worst customer service, the worst experience ever. The customer service guys offers no solution. My order has been marked as delivered without really delivering it. Don't ever pay first they would never care to respond. The delivery guy was very unprofessional and rude. The poorest lowest experience ever. Lesson learned.

I waited 2 hours for a restaurant in 1KM distance from my location and the delivery boy come and blame it on the restaurant and since I know the restaurant manager, I confirmed they never take more than half an hour for preparation even in their busiest time.
