Love this app it's great for fasting but only that, but it also includes great body cleansing recipes

I’ve been using the Beyond Body app for a while now, and overall my experience has been mixed but mostly positive. What I like most is how easy it is to follow. The app gives you a structured meal plan and recipes, which really helps if you struggle with knowing what to eat day-to-day. It takes a lot of the guesswork out of dieting, and I’ve definitely been more consistent with my eating habits because of it. Some of the recipes are actually really good too, and I’ve found a few new meals I enjo

Don't bother. While this app offers a meal plan and a lot of exercise options, I was very frustrated with it. You can only open the meals for the current day; there is no way to open future meals and no way of knowing what ingredients you'll need for future days. So everyone is just supposed to have all the ingredients on hand at all times, I guess. This is extremely impractical. Also, customer service is AI, so that's also very impractical and doesn't work well.

This is not worth the cost. The app advertises that it will take your data into consideration and give you a tailored plan, but my initial entries did nothing for the plan it gave me (it told me to start fasting right away and would have kept me not eating for weeks). This is a glorified timer with a calorie counter that is not based on latest research for nutrition. If you want to calorie count and wait 14 hours in between dinner/breakfast, you can achieve that in other apps.

Refusing to refund - I was charged nearly £100 for a new subscription, despite not using the app on over 3 months they have only offered to refund me than £9. No warning about subscription. Other apps have always refunded straight away when subscriptions were accidental but this app is clearly just after money, avoid!!!
