The BankFund Digital Banking app provides quick and convenient access to your BankFund Credit Union accounts anytime, anywhere, and on the device that is most convenient for you: smartphone, tablet, laptop, or desktop computer. Access is quick and, most importantly, secure. Our biometric login uses your face to confirm your identity, providing an extra layer of protection. Once logged in, you can review and manage your BankFund accounts, check balances, transfer funds, make payments, deposit checks, send money with Zelle®, set alerts and notifications, and more – all from the app. You can even apply for a loan or open a new account, all while we keep your information safe. BankFund Digital Banking also includes several additional features, including the ability for credit union members to send secure messages, check their Global Rewards level, and explore a variety of benefits based on their BankFund relationship. All my digital banking experience is pleasant but Bfsfcu. Its digital banking leaves much to be desired and frustrating. I had brought numerous issues by phone, emails, in person and finally gave up. Taking photo of check to deposit is hit-and-miss. I deposited an IRS check and got msg it went through. Then IRS said that the check they issued was never cashed and past the cashing grace period. I wonder how many checks I supposedly successfully deposited online but didn't get credited to my

4 yrs later the app is still terrible. Still unable to deposit checks on top of the line Android phone. BFCU is unbelievably terrible and don't care about their customers. --- My review is still the same! The app is a disaster for check deposits. It's nice that they responded to my past review but still can't deposit checks. ---- Sad app. Constant errors. Impossible to deposit a check. I avoid depositing checks in BFSFCU just because
