When you need it it doesn't work. Needed to withdraw cash from savings to checking and app didn't even open. It was out of service temporarily, while I had to wait and made taxi driver wait, which made me pay him more tips. Terrible

When you can get into the app it works well. For the past 6 months you struggle to get into the app. You have to delete the app, install it again and even then it still does not work.

4 yrs later the app is still terrible. Still unable to deposit checks on top of the line Android phone. BFCU is unbelievably terrible and don't care about their customers. --- My review is still the same! The app is a disaster for check deposits. It's nice that they responded to my past review but still can't deposit checks. ---- Sad app. Constant errors. Impossible to deposit a check. I avoid depositing checks in BFSFCU just because
