Description
Get on-demand, convenient and affordable rides within any one of our six CONNECT zones: Central Richland, West Richland & Badger Mountain, Columbia Center & South Richland, West Pasco, East Pasco and Finley & Central Kennewick.
Ride 7 days a week to popular pre-determined destinations within the service zone of your origin and connect to or from the BFT bus network with ease. Remember, your ride must begin and end in the same zone.
How it works: - Book a ride on your phone. - Get picked up on a nearby corner. - Share your ride with others. - Save cash and reduce carbon emissions.
What we’re about: SHARED. Our corner-to-corner algorithm matches people headed in the same direction. This means you’re getting the convenience and comfort of a private ride with the efficiency, speed, and affordability of a public one.
AFFORDABLE. All rides are a pre-communicated low price, no surprises. BFT CONNECT also offers passes and concessions for eligible riders.
SUSTAINABLE. Sharing rides reduces the number of vehicles on the roads, bringing down congestion and CO2 emissions. With a couple of taps, you get to do your part to make your city a little bit greener and cleaner, every time you ride.

This app and service is a lifesaver. Absolutely love it. Use it every day. I could do without the drivers being on their phones all the time. I understand it's wireless, but it not only distracts the driver it's annoying to the passengers. Still gets five star.

The zone thing kind of sucks but the drivers are great 99% of the time. Way friendlier than taxi drivers and a fraction of the price!

BFT Connect is so awesome. This service has been long overdue. Glad the Tri cuties finally got here.

Fast, friendly ride to an outer location.

The service is no longer convenient. You have to take the ride to a bus station and book an additional ride to get to your actual destination. It makes the service pointless
★☆☆☆☆Cassius Rombaugh· Aug 29, 2024
Anywhere I try to go says it's out of their service zone. It shows on the map that it isn't though. It's super frustrating, and I cannot get it to work. It's so much easier to use the bus or find a ride.

This new app SUCKS!!!!! Only reason for a one star is to leave a comment. I've called SO many times to get a ride even the 3 blocks using the wheelchair van, for 3 weeks in a row every darn day, & they State that it's way too busy. I've also tried using the app but everything is Out Of Zone, that's BS, Dayton Transfer Point is not out of zone. Or the only other thing I can think of is there aren't wheelchair drivers working in the mornings & that is unacceptable. Pls fix it or let us know the fix
