The zone thing kind of sucks but the drivers are great 99% of the time. Way friendlier than taxi drivers and a fraction of the price!

This app and service is a lifesaver. Absolutely love it. Use it every day. I could do without the drivers being on their phones all the time. I understand it's wireless, but it not only distracts the driver it's annoying to the passengers. Still gets five star.

Anywhere I try to go says it's out of their service zone. It shows on the map that it isn't though. It's super frustrating, and I cannot get it to work. It's so much easier to use the bus or find a ride.

This new app SUCKS!!!!! Only reason for a one star is to leave a comment. I've called SO many times to get a ride even the 3 blocks using the wheelchair van, for 3 weeks in a row every darn day, & they State that it's way too busy. I've also tried using the app but everything is Out Of Zone, that's BS, Dayton Transfer Point is not out of zone. Or the only other thing I can think of is there aren't wheelchair drivers working in the mornings & that is unacceptable. Pls fix it or let us know the fix

Very poor app. Can't schedule van it wants you to walk to a bus stop then get on a bus. If I wanted to do that I wouldn't need to schedule a van ride. Can't go from one zone to another. Most people need to go from one town to another so tri cities should be all one zone just limit length of ride like can't go from west Richland to Finley ext.,

The service is no longer convenient. You have to take the ride to a bus station and book an additional ride to get to your actual destination. It makes the service pointless
