Worst ever. If negative rating was there I definitely selected that. I filled the address placed order pre-paid for slot 9am-12pm. After few hours placing order called customer care (one person handling it), noone answered and when did after 5–7 calls told me cannot deliver to mentioned address. I changed the address. Told me they will deliver before 3pm. Called them at 3:30. Noone picked my call. Literally called them 20–25 times. At 7pm order got delivered. Pathetic app. Deleted right away.

Extremely pathetic packaging! I sent a birthday gift to my friend. They sent the item on time; items quality was too bad. Moreover, the packaging was horrible! I was about to lodge a consumer complaint as well as legal complaint against them but could not do due to my busy schedule. I lost my complete prestige toward my friend due to such a horrible service. Guys, you are taking double price which does not even matter, but why are you doing such unprofessional things? Don't do this further!
