Fairly easy to use app with access to the required Information. The feedback on rejected claims is much more detailed than it used to be, so it is easier to make the required corrections.

Still feeling my way through. There are still some questions that I have not been able to find answers to and with our current Covid stance no one to get answers from. Why could there not be telco meeting with an agent? Still could be done working from home and easily arranged.

Generally app works well, love the flexibility it provides. Often won't let you complete/submit claim. Also, app enables BGRS to dodge getting a rep to actually help with your move...

This company is terrible. They will not refund what is owed and will give you the run around to not pay you the full amount. App is terrible on mobile phone.

I'd rather put a toothpick under my toenail and kick a wall than use Misguide, sadly the CAF keeps Brookfield on contract. There's a rumor that the employees at brookfield get paid more when members use less for a move; and with how unusable and terrible the UI is, I'm starting to believe it. The technical support is laughable, the FAQs are as useful as a kick to the groin. In all this is a small scale reflection of the CAF posting experience: Garbage.

Everything about BGRS has been trash. A 1 800 number that doesn't let you reach anyone. An email that will allow you to reach someone after a couple of days wait, and they are knowledgeable and not helpful. Their website is poorly designed and only parrots the directive without providing clarity. We had our relocations handled by Brookfield, but we do it ourselves with BGRS. They are nothing but a pay office where I could request advance and submit claims on an overly convoluted system.
