As a new subscriber I have enjoyed the commentary on all the matches and felt the energy of our supporters.
★★★★☆Ian Westgate· Oct 24, 2024
Takes a bit of getting used to after the old app. I didn't find it easy to get live commentary, but now I have - it works well.

Nice experience navigating throughout the app and is also a huge benefit when being utilized properly to speed up service in areas around the stadium
★☆☆☆☆Alan Swain· Oct 12, 2025
For a PL club & one that is well run, this App is awful. It's hard to get past the opening page unless you do as others suggest, even then it takes several attempts. Until this is fixed it's useless.

Can't get past the location permissions even when all permissions are allowed. Have tried reinstalling but no luck. Very annoying as this worked fine last season
★☆☆☆☆Craig Denyer· Aug 27, 2025
Broken! No longer works, can't get past the location permission screen even with location allowed. Before the update it was a good app, ticketing clunky but usable once you know how. Now it's useless. Update needed urgently.

Terrible app. Clunky, with poor navigation. And don't even get me started on the purchasing tickets aspect.
