It's a disaster. So buggy, broken links all over the place. Content promoted on push notifications but then impossible to find in the app. Ticket hub doesn't work, so I'm currently unable to download my ticket to my wallet, which has to be performed through the app(?!). All this in addition to the preseason pass fiasco. Embarrassing

Poor redesign, can not get on the ballot page easily at all. It's like it's hidden. Ticket notifications don't work. I've missed all the ballots for this season so far.

A club the size of Arsenal should have a way better app. Always crashes and key features like Ticket hub doesn't work. Time to bring in a new team to sort it out.
