I like it but normally nothing wrong but it's the team i support AND THE KITS COST SO F- MUCH
★★★★☆Kim· Aug 26, 2026
A bit rubbish not to show purchased tickets in the ticket hub until a few weeks before the actual game
★★★★★Ansumana Hassan Kargbo· Sep 9, 2026
This is very much accurate and contain useful and reliable information about my team Arsenal.
★★★★★Rhodri Kerr· Sep 24, 2026
it's a brilliant app it fits a team that has won the league last season, it's all around good no bugs, glitches or lag and it's an app I would absolutely recommend to anyone who supports arsenal or follows their games in the league.
★☆☆☆☆Robert Cartwright· Sep 6, 2026
Can't apply for tickets - clicked on "Enter ballot" and the app just crashes.
★☆☆☆☆Dewey Ecnirp· Aug 15, 2026
A club the size of Arsenal should have a way better app. Always crashes and key features like Ticket hub doesn't work. Time to bring in a new team to sort it out.
★★☆☆☆Joseph Paul· Sep 11, 2026
User interface is better but the experience / navigation is terrible. Riddled with bugs especially within the ticket hub. An upward battle applying for tickets when it bugs out and asks you to close the app and restart it every 20 seconds.
★☆☆☆☆David Sackett· Aug 31, 2026
The updated app no longer allows live stream of audio commentary. Other features are broken. Very poor quality control. Come on can and should do better. You win the Premier League, and then you undermine your fans by breaking a perfectly good app.
