Dear Bhive Team, I am writing to express my disappointment with the front office service at your Bellandur center. Unfortunately, one of your staff members demonstrated poor guest etiquette and lacked the training required to interact professionally with Guest. Despite escalating this issue via email, I received no response, which further reflects a lack of care toward customer concerns. As a result, I have discontinued my bookings with Bhive and opted for another coworking space.

The pictures shown are naturally lit rooms, while actual rooms are nothing like that. Shows fake pics in the app, and actual seats are like in a basement with artificial lights and not a single window. No support option as well. If you have booked one, there is no help, not even a FAQ.

If my payment fails for some reason, why do I have to wait for 15 mins. Why can you not use the same booking/ and allow me to retry payment on that right away. Check out how Lucious handles this.
