There is currently a defect on time lock, whereby if the lock and unlock times are set, then these cannot be edited. App allows the user to select the time needed for both lock and unlock, but there is no save/submit button to accept the set time.

For me the App works fine, I like the park lock option I use it every time when I park at the mall so that if my vehicle moves the app will alert me. 98% location accuracy, In think they should improve that.

Not so intuitive. I can't even register my car on the app. It keeps saying I've entered incorrect details which is not correct. It's rather frustrating to say the least. I've seen Tracker's app from a friend, it seems to be a better choice for us who want to keep track of our vehicles.

I have been using this app since 2019 with no issues, but ever since 2022 it has been giving problems with location, now as I write this review, the second added vehicle on the app is in motion, yet the car is parked. A few days ago it took the whole day to show location, this is very worrisome as should anything happen to both cars, how will it be located if the app is stuck on one position. I'm really disappointed 😞

This app started acting up from February. It used show that my car is parking somewhere else meanwhile is parking at home and I called bid track they said i must remove the app and reinstall the app, but it went from bad to worse. Now I cannot even open the app. When I click on it, it doesn't open. I cannot even track the car at all its really frustrating and im now thinking of shopping around for a tracker with bettet app. What's the use of using it if I cannot see the where abouts of my car
